How do we protect your personal data?
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we collect and process. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security commensurate with the risk of processing your personal data. For example, we use encryption at rest to protect all user data (including database files and backups) and use security keys for data management. We use transport encryption through the TLS 1.2 protocol to protect the flow of data from user devices to servers and from server to server in a public network environment. We will also ensure the effective implementation of these technical measures through code review mechanisms. In addition, we regularly test applications and systems for vulnerabilities and security issues, and implement access control measures such as access tokens and two-factor authentication to ensure information security.
Please note and understand that we cannot ensure an absolutely secure internet. If you find that your personal data has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided in "How to Contact Us" so that we can take appropriate measures.
In the event of any accidents, force majeure events, or other situations that lead to the leakage of your personal data, we will make every effort to control the situation and promptly inform you of the reasons, the security measures we have taken, the measures you can take, and other relevant information. In the event of a security incident related to personal data, we will report such incidents to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, promptly investigate the problem, and take emergency measures.

For example, your mobile device settings may provide functionality to restrict the use of advertising IDs associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising. Please note that using these tools to opt out of tracking and targeting does not mean that you will not receive ads when using PopReel, nor does it prevent you from receiving interest-based ads from third parties. However, it will exclude you from interest-based ads based on the policies and selection mechanisms of relevant networks and platforms.
Additional information: If you choose to exercise any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right not to be discriminated against by us. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.
