Copyright notice
Maintaining copyright order, respecting the hard work of creators, and building a high-quality community without copyright infringement content is the core mission that the PopReel team has always adhered to. We firmly resist the act of uploading others copyrighted works without legal authorization. For any infringement, PopReel will strictly fulfill its processing obligations and make every effort to maintain the health and fairness of the copyright ecosystem.
This platform strictly follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to carry out copyright protection work. The specific details are as follows:
Submit DMCA Deletion Notice
In order to protect your legal rights and avoid unnecessary financial costs, please confirm that your copyright has indeed been infringed due to relevant materials on the PopReel platform or community before submitting a DMCA removal notice. If infringement is confirmed, you can submit a notice to us via email (service01@videopool.cn), with the email subject indicating "Infringement Notice", and the content should include the following key information:
-
Authorized to handle electronic or handwritten signatures of relevant personnel on behalf of the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner;
-
Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work (or other intellectual property interests) that you claim has been infringed, and include a URL link to the work.
-
Clearly state the specific location of the material you believe constitutes infringement on the platform;
-
Provide your email address, mailing address and contact phone number;
-
Solemnly declare that you have sufficient reason to believe that the relevant use is not authorized by the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner, its agent, or the law;
-
Make a statement under the penalty for perjury, guaranteeing that the information provided in the notice is true and accurate, and that you are the owner of the copyright (or other intellectual property) or have been authorized to handle related matters on behalf of the copyright (or other intellectual property) owner.
Repeat infringement treatment
For users identified by PopReel as repeat infringers, we will take measures to directly terminate their accounts without further notice. Once a user is confirmed to have repeatedly infringed on the copyright of others, they will be defined as a repeat infringer.
Off-platform copyright protection
If you find that your work has been infringed on platforms other than PopReel, you also have the right to protect your copyright. The process of submitting a DMCA deletion notice on other websites is similar to the above method. You can search for relevant buttons such as Help, Contact, Support, Terms of Service/Instructions on the target website, and learn more about their specific requirements before taking action.
Submit a DMCA counter-notice
If you believe that the copyright infringement notice against you has been misjudged, you can submit a "anti-infringement notice" to PopReel, which should cover:
-
Your own handwritten signature or electronic signature;
-
Your full name, email address, and mailing address;
-
Accurately identify materials that have been removed or access prohibited;
-
Make a statement under the penalty for perjury that you believe that the removal or disabling of the material was incorrect, or that the material was misidentified.
-
Clearly declare that you agree to the jurisdiction of the court: if the address is in Hong Kong, it shall be under the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction where your address is located; if the address is outside Hong Kong, it shall be under the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong court, and you are willing to accept the subpoena of the complainant or its authorized agent who submitted the notice.
